Video courses are not the same as having me there in person, or explaining things and answering questions via Zoom, but they are great for revision, great for anyone who missed my in-person course, and they are a cheaper alternative than getting me in person. And you can watch them multiple times, at any time of day, from anywhere in the world.
There are three places you can get them from, depending on what you’re after:

1 – Linkedin Learning
If you have Linkedin Premium, or if your company is a subscriber to Linkedin Learning, then you get free access to all 41 of my online courses (and loads of other people’s courses too!). About half of them are exclusive to Linkedin. If you access the courses via premium, or if you do the free 28 day trial, you can access everything for yourself but you aren’t meant to share it with groups in your company. More info here. Linkedin Learning for everyone would be the ultimate, but it does cost about £20/month per person, I think, so for 30 people it would cost about £7,000/year – (my estimate – why not ask them?).

2 – Udemy.com
You can buy courses for about £15 each from this website, and you own that course for ever. A course will be 15-40 videos. Courses have official prices of about £90 but are nearly always discounted to £15, which really is a bargain. I have about 28 courses on there. Some of them are unique to Udemy. There is also Udemy For Business where companies subscribe monthly and get access to everything for all their staff, a bit like linkedin learning. Sharing with a group: in theory you could project the course up onto a screen for a group to watch, or share your log-in, and you might also be able to download them, but this is against Udemy’s terms, they know where you are, IP addresses etc, and they could ban you from the site. But it’s so cheap why not just buy the course for each person – (and it’s also my living, as the creator of these courses!).

3 – Via my own website: www.online-management-training.co.uk
I have most of the above courses hosted on my own site as well, and for a fee, (depending on how many people and how many courses you want) I can give you a password so that you and your team can view the courses whenever you like, as often as you like. You can either buy one or more courses for a lump sum for ever, perhaps to upload them to your LMS, or you can pay as you go – if only a few of your people view it then it won’t cost very much. We can even track who views what, if you want, so you have your own LMS with no hassle. I can also send you all the video files via dropbox if you want them in easily downloadable format. But viewing them via my web page means they are neatly hosted, easy for the learners to navigate, and allows us to track views – which may suit you better. If you let me know which courses you want, and roughly how many people will view them, I’ll quote you a price.
